At night, is the time when I'm thinking of the next move for Frag Dominant; I find it to be the best time to think. When everyone is a sleep and there is nothing but silence surrounding me I sit down or lie down at night to think because I can focus on where I want to take this organization.

Frag Dominant to me is for everyone not just myself; sometimes I think about how much more I can do, because there is still so much to be done. Everyone wants to be number one, but who can really say that there number one? what justifies being number one? for gaming it's winning, but what about for an organization? what makes an organization numero uno.

I look at many organizations that claim to be number one; but in my eyes there a bunch of crooks. I always tell players that winning is always good; but winning doesn't bring in the sales, solid marketing does. So for me a number one organization is an organization that can convert there partners (sponsors) investment in to sales or bring extremely high exposure to there products.

My goal for Frag Dominant is to not only be the home of some great teams and a great community but to also become an asset to our partners. I value the men and women who work at companies that support us year round. I look for ways to become more effective when it comes down to marketing our partners brands; and try to come up with new ideas that will not only benefit Frag Dominant and it's partners but the community as well.

At night while the world is at rest I'm up thinking, planning and brainstorming the new ideas that could be the next big thing in esports marketing. I love esports and I will do anything to continue the support of gaming in North America.

What I love more than anything is the community, the community is responsible for any organizations success. I said it before and i will say it again, we're nothing if it wasn't for the community. Because of the community I'm always staying hungry trying to do more. The purpose of our giveaways is to thank the community for all there support; I haven't forgot about you, many of you know me and many of you have spoken to me online and I want to personally thank you in this blog.

I want you all to know that I will continue to try and make things happen around here to bring gaming to North America the way it should be.
